Painted in flat gouache, this all-over floral design features a cheerful arrangement of primula flowers. Celebrated all their yellow-tinged glory, they are depicted in clusters that grow up the fabric. This print is part of the Yellow story of our Spring/Summer 2024 collection, examining the joyful spirit of this multi-faceted colour, with designs influenced by art movements such as Expressionism and Symbolism to the radiant beauty of pretty primulas, primroses, lemons, bees and buttercups.

For Spring/Summer 2024, A Liberty Kaleidoscope takes us on the most vivid journey of all – through the rainbow, into a prismatic universe of colour. For this collection the Liberty Fabrics designers engaged with print’s most elemental pigments, assembled here into four compelling stories: ‘Spectrum’, ‘Red’, ‘Blue’ and ‘Yellow’. The collection explores the cultural, natural and historical components that make up the light and shade of everything around us, taking us into the heart of each hue.
